On  our apointment page your can schedule or change your appointment. Please rememeber to have your patient bring the referral form and all insurance  information. Just click on the link and fill out the information requested. Choose only the heading ALL SERVICES if you want a day when all the equipment is in the lab. On all other days only the equipment listed will be there. We only have the OCT available once a month at this time.

Instructions For scheduling appointments

1- Go to the website odlabmd.com and click on the tab “schedule appointments”

2- Click the “booknow” link for either the Fairfax or Rockville office.

3- Click on diagnostic test

4- Click on “all services” , “all services2” or “topo,vf pach” corresponding to which test you need done.( topo,vf, pachymetry are the only tests performed on those days".

5- Those days that are in bold are the days the tests are done. Click on the day and then click on the time.

6- Enter ALL the information requested. In the special request box indicate which tests you are requesting. Please include insurance ID and carrier in this area. Click “continue and then click “confirm” if all the information is correct. If you need to change any information click “change”

7- The patient will have the option of rescheduling their appointment with 24 hrs notice.

We recommend you also download “Patient Form” and have the patient fill out information prior to their visit. If you are requesting a Fluorescein Angiography download the Informed consent form and have them read and sign it. Have them bring it with them when they arrive.
